Guardia Alta was a consistent theme tonight at our regular Wednesday night training session in Godalming with all of our training streams working with it.
Lynette continued with her work on introduction to single rapier whilst Adrian worked with the bolognese group on attacks from the guard. Lizzie worked with beginners preparing for their safety test, whilst Fran worked with the new beginners on their introduction to swordplay.
