We look forward to welcoming you all to Longridge activity centre tomorrow for a weekend of classes, fencing and assorted frivolity!
This page includes some key details about the site, what to bring and what you need to know.
We can arrive from 5.30pm Friday, the address is Longridge Activity Centre, Quarry Wood Rd, Marlow SL7 1RE. Turn in by the main sign and you’ll be in the car park where you can park up and leave the car.
The camping space is in the top left section of the site past the bunkhouse (please see attached site map). There has been some discussion and changes on the exact camping space to be used with the site, please keep an eye on the event page for any changes.
The bunk house is a little further in as is called the Fullbrook block (see map)
Important – The bunk house has bunk beds and mattresses but you need to bring your own sleeping bags / pillows.
For dinner and drinks on Friday evening we’ve booked space at the Prince Of Wales in Marlow – The Prince of Wales, 1 Mill Rd, Marlow SL7 1PX. The tables booked from 7.30 but some of us will likely be their earlier. It’s an order your own food at the bar situation.
It’s a 20 minute walk from the site or has a car park / nearby parking.
Note Google tries to take you over the dual carriageway to get there, this is not actually possible and we’ll need to walk over Marlow bridge (see route below)
Alcohol on Site
Please note the official position of the venue is that alcohol should not be consumed on site. We’re leaving the site both evening to go elsewhere for food and drinks, when we return to the site afterward please be aware of this position.
Saturday / Sunday Breakfast / Lunch
Continental Breakfasts and Buffet Lunches both days will be provided by the site. We have a specific room allocated for meals (please see map at top of page), this is also where we’ll be doing registration Saturday morning and the welcome speech so please make your way there in good time

We’ll have a key code for the training centre (which will only be being used by ourselves over the weekend) so there is the option of leaving equipment there overnight if desired.
