Tonight saw our Swindon Chapter meet up for their regular weekly training session. After a summer of 2 sword (and Wushu warmups), our training block comes to an end with some of Godhinos craziest plays. We were jumping, swirling a twisting, trying to recreate some of these insane moves from guarding an individual to fighting at a crossroads, to retreating. A lot of laughs but also some great analysis.

Tonight saw our Reading chapter’s regular training night, and students were treated to a sparring session. These sessions give students the opportunity to get some sparring practise in against a range of students with a range of weapons, incorporating the various techniques learnt at training.
Congratulations to members of our Oxford chapter who were not only the hosts but were in competition against the country’s best at the first leg of the Wessex League held in Oxford this past weekend.
